Isla Lobos is a small islet located just a short boat ride from Puerto Baquerizo Moreno. Despite its size, this little paradise packs an incredible wildlife punch.
Walk along the interpretive trail and observe blue-footed boobies and frigatebirds in their natural nesting areas. Then jump into the crystal-clear channel to snorkel alongside playful sea lions who are curious and love to interact with visitors.
End your morning or afternoon relaxing at the beautiful Playa Ochoa — a pristine beach with soft sand and calm waters.
What Will We Do on This Adventure?
Interpretive Hike
We will explore the trails of Isla Lobos to observe the behavior of Frigatebirds and the famous Boobies up close. A true paradise for birdwatchers!
Connection Snorkel
We'll dive into the island's calm channel. This is a unique experience because the juvenile sea lions are extremely curious and often swim around snorkelers, performing underwater acrobatics.
Marine Encounters
Besides the sea lions, it's very common to spot sea turtles and diamond rays gliding over the sandy bottom.
Relax at Playa Ochoa
We'll finish at this spectacular white-sand beach with emerald waters — perfect for a stroll and enjoying the scenery before heading back to port.
