Overview

The tour starts between 8:00 am and 8:30 am, we will pick you up at your hotel of stay during your trip to Galapagos islands or at the assigned meeting point.

A bus or truck will take you on a 45-minute drive to the Itabaca Channel to board the boat to navigate from the channel to North Seymour Island.

The tour will begin with a dry landing on a slippery black basalt stone, one of our assistants will tell you what to bring (Sunblock, type of shoes, etc). Along the trail you can see frigatebirds along with other species such as lava gulls, sea lions, brown terns, pelicans, tropical birds.

From there, based on the permission granted to the boat by the Galapagos National Park, you will carry out some activities combined with the North Seymour tour, which are:

» Bachas Beach on Santa Cruz Island: You will take a short walk to a lagoon and, if you are lucky, you will see flamingos. Afterwards you will have time to spend on the beach or in the water, snorkeling.

» Mosquera Islet: I definitely recommend this stop as it is the best snorkeling spot in Las Bachas and the walk along the beach is colorful.

Here our tour will end, we will return again to Puerto Ayora.
